Professionalization of pre-service teachers foreign language training by means of business games

Abstract

The article is devoted to the problem of professionalization of foreign language training of pre-service teachers. The work defines the concept of "professionalization of foreign language training of students of pedagogical specialties," analyzes the latest scientific publications on this problem. In addition, the developed content, stages of the business game for professionally oriented teaching of English to pre-service teachers. The stages of the business game are presented on the example of an English-language business game called "Meeting of the Pedagogical Council," during which the problematic issue of pedagogical support of the child in the educational process is solved. The developed algorithm of actions for the implementation of the business game can be used to provide professionally directed training of foreign language communication in higher education institutions.
