One World – One Health

Abstract

The authors of the proceedings are responsible for the accuracy of the data and the references provided. This proceedings contains the papers presented at the Third International Scientific and Practical Conference “One World – One Health”, held at the T.H. Shevchenko National University “Chernihiv Colehium” on June 10–11, 2026. The conference brought together scientists, educators, doctoral candidates, postgraduates, and students to address contemporary health and ecological challenges in a globalised world. The focus of this volume is on the critical health challenges posed by anthropogenic environmental transformations, climate change, and war-induced environmental stressors, with a specific regional emphasis on the Chernihiv region. The presented research extensively covers the biochemical and physiological impacts of toxicants and mycotoxins on aquatic ecosystems, the phytotoxicity of urban pollutants, as well as the preservation of green infrastructure, urban forests, and protected areas like the Mezyn National Nature Park. Special attention is dedicated to innovative technologies for plant health and maximizing bioresource potential, including the optimization of crop cultivation, niche fruit production, and biological stimulants. Furthermore, significant attention is focused on public health strategies, healthcare education, and the psychological well-being of populations facing post-war recovery.
