Opportunities for using a project-oriented approach in teaching the discipline “Fundamentals of web design” for future computer science teachers and vocational education lecturers

Abstract

The article explores the opportunities for using a project-oriented approach in teaching the discipline “Fundamentals of Web Design” for future computer science teachers and vocational education lecturers. The relevance of integrating theoretical and practical training within the context of digital transformation of education is substantiated. It is determined that the project-oriented approach contributes to the development of both professional competencies in web design (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, UX/UI, Figma) and methodological skills for organizing students’ project activities. A methodology for implementing the project-oriented approach in the educational process is proposed, covering all stages of project activity: planning, implementation, testing, and presentation. У роботі розглянуто можливості використання проєктно-орієнтованого підходу у процесі викладання дисципліни «Основи вебдизайну» для майбутніх учителів інформатики та викладачів професійної освіти. Обґрунтовано актуальність інтеграції теоретичної та практичної підготовки в умовах цифрової трансформації освіти. Визначено, що застосування проєктно-орієнтованого підходу сприяє формуванню не лише професійних компетентностей у сфері вебдизайну (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, UX/UI, Figma), але й методичних навичок організації проєктної діяльності учнів.
