Implementation of the project-oriented approach in the educational process of the course “Fundamentals of web design”

Abstract

The article examines the implementation of the project-oriented approach in the educational process of the “Fundamentals of Web Design” course for future computer science teachers and vocational education lecturers. The study substantiates the relevance of combining competency-based and project-based learning within the context of digital transformation in education. It identifies the essential professional and methodological competencies required for preparing educators to teach web design, including proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, UX/UI design, and digital project management tools. A methodology for implementing the project-oriented approach is proposed, encompassing all stages of project activity-planning, implementation, evaluation, and presentation. У роботі розглянуто впровадження проєктно-орієнтованого підходу в освітній процес під час викладання курсу «Основи вебдизайну» для майбутніх учителів інформатики та викладачів професійної освіти. Обґрунтовано актуальність поєднання компетентнісного та проєктного навчання в умовах цифрової трансформації освіти. Визначено ключові професійні та методичні компетентності, необхідні для підготовки педагогів до викладання вебдизайну, зокрема володіння HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, UX/UI-дизайном і цифровими інструментами управління проєктами.
